Philaine is a professional host managing Airbnb properties in the St Petersburg area and is an Airbnb owner herself. She has 5 years experience in the USA and has managed guest houses internationally for 10yrs. 

She prides herself on going above and beyond to ensure guests satisfaction and offering a personal, friendly, hands on approach with guests and hosts. 

Karen

Karen has been in the hospitality industry since 2015 and manages several properties. Her success in the industry has been proven by her Superhost and Premier host status and 100% client retention. Previous to hospitality she was a branch manager to an 8 million dollar/yr. construction supply company along with owning a window and door installation company.

Karen is friendly and upbeat. She has a genuine love of hospitality and making sure guests have a memorable experience while building lasting relationships with her owners.
